Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Hospital Jobs API provides programmatic access to structured hospital job listing data via a REST API. By registering for and using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the API to build applications, tools, or services that display or process hospital job data. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling or redistributing the raw data as a standalone data product
  • Sharing, transferring, or publishing your API key to any third party
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Using the API for any unlawful purpose

3. API Keys

API keys are issued to the registered account holder and are non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at fahad@hospitaljobsapi.com.

4. Plans and Rate Limits

Each API key is subject to the daily request limit of its plan: Free (100 requests/day), Basic (2,000 requests/day), and Pro (10,000 requests/day). Requests beyond your daily limit are rejected until the limit resets. Limits are enforced per key and may not be circumvented by registering multiple accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to the following:

  • Freemius Inc. is the merchant of record for all paid plans. Freemius processes payments, collects applicable sales tax and VAT, issues invoices, and executes refunds on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement under the Freemius name.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time via the Freemius customer portal or by emailing billing@hospitaljobsapi.com. Cancellation stops future charges; paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. API Access Depends on an Active Subscription

Paid API access is tied to an active subscription. When a subscription is cancelled, expires, or a renewal payment fails, your API key automatically reverts to the free plan and its 100 requests/day limit at the end of the paid period. Your key and account are not deleted, and you may resubscribe at any time.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the API at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hospital Jobs API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
